Yoga & Meditation programme

Our department had invited Miss. Ishita Desai as Yoga, a yoga trainer from Art of living institute to conduct Yoga and Meditation training under induction programme for 10 days from 24/6/18 to 6/8/18 with the help of our faculty coordinator Mrs.Hiral Patel and Ms.Mitali Vaghela. Yoga helps students in many ways like increasing flexibility, muscle strength & body tone and to improve blood circulation .Yoga also helps to keep mind and body healthy and to improve concentration. It was a good learning experience for students. We have created fitness awareness among them by this activity.
