HOD of Automobile

Internal combustion engine lab

The aim of laboratory is to teach the basic applications of basic laws of thermodynamics, process of energy conversion in I.C. engines. The internal combustion engine is a rich source of examples of almost every conceivable type of heat transfer. There are a wide range of temperatures and heat fluxes in the various components of the internal combustion engine.

Automobile engine lab

The lab is common for mechanical and automobile engineering students with facilities for the group of students to carry out experiments independently. The lab is well equipped and enables students to understand the fundamentals of automobile engineering which includes basic structure, body style and wheel & tire assembly, cooling system, different types of carburetor, lubrication system and transmission system.

Automobile Garage

In automobile department there are many subjects related to automobile garage like auto electrical system, vehicle maintenance & garage practice for understand of basics of automobile garage.
